March 1951 Our company was established as Sakai Kaiun Limited Company, and began undertaking seaborne cargo handling task delegated by ENEOS Corporation Wakayama Refinery.
August 1960 New branches were established in Shimizu, Kawasaki and Tokyo for ENEOS Corporation K.K.
December 1977 Changes had been made in the organizational structure of Wakayama and Kawasaki branchs.
July 1985 Our company invested in Kansai International airport company.
March 1991 Masanori Hayashi became the chairman of the board of directors.
Fumio Hayashi became the CEO of Hayashi Kaiun Co., Ltd.
July 1992 Company name was revised to Hayashi Kaiun Co., Ltd.
July 1998 Wakayama branch and Kawasaki branch became ISO9002 certified companies. Later in the same year, status of both branches was updated to an ISO9001 certified company.
February 1999 Our company acquired the entire stock issued by Senboku Oil Kiko Co., Ltd.
June 2001 Isao Hayashi became the executive director of Hayashi Kaiun Co., Ltd.
June 2003 Senboku Oil Kiko became ISO9001 certified company.
July 2004 Shimizu Office became an ISO certified company.
November 2010 Wakayama branch achieved the record of 3 million continuous no-accident hours.
June 2012 Fumio Hayashi became the chairman of the board of directors.
Isao Hayashi became the CEO of Hayashi Kaiun Co., Ltd.
June 2013 Chuken branch became an ISO9001 certified company.
May 2017 Wakayama branch achieved the record of 4 million continuous no-accident hours.
June 2019 Asahikasei Office became an ISO9001 certified company.
